Yes. Sara is both a therapist and psychiatric prescriber. Having one provider for both eliminates the coordination gap that frustrates so many clients.
Does Sara work with adults?
Absolutely. Sara provides psychiatric medication management and EMDR-based therapy for adults of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, ADHD, and more. She is not just a children's provider.

We are a private pay practice. Insurance limits appointment length and restricts treatment options. By staying independent, we can spend the time you deserve and create truly personalized care. Superbills are provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
